Job description:
- Greets and informs customers upon their arrival, ensures efficient distribution and arrangement of tables, leads customers to their table
- Is attentive to the wishes of the customers
- Awakens the customers
- Performs certain administrative tasks (reservations, planning, administrative follow-up, mail...)
- May count the receipts of the waiters
- Answer the phone and may be asked to manage media, employer's social services, emails
- Must promote the restaurant
- Responds to customer inquiries during their stay at the restaurant
- Performs preparation work on invoices, i.e.: checks and assembles purchase orders with delivery slips from various suppliers
- May participate in room service
